In #41, the coverage is pretty good overall, but there are a few methods that don't get tested.

I'm viewing the coverage by running pytest with an additional --cov=sansio_lsp_client:

$ PATH=$PATH:$(pwd)/go/bin poetry run pytest --cov=sansio_lsp_client
$ coverage html

This creates files in htmlcov/.

Edit: Readme was changed to extract go to different place, updated command
