Beta Release 2022.723.0

This is the first operable version of nka-framework (v2022.723.0).

This might be a bit buggy or unstable, as it is just code from isobot lazer which has been tinkered a little bit to make things run. However, we will gradually improve it over time.

This framework will also be added as a dependency for isobot-lazer, but for now it will not be actively used in the client.
