  • When computing investment costs for 2020-2030 (cutin to cutout year) filter out all NEP projects in the exporter, e.g. using the tag or the new_links.csv. Take the costs directly from the Startnetz bar chart (discord channel).
  • Make sure to consider the costs of the endogeneous expansion nevertheless. Both for lines that are not in the NEP and for NEP lines that are expanded above their planned capacity in the NEP
  • Think about how to distribute the aggregated costs from the Startnetz bar chart to the two relevant investment periods 20-25 and 25-30. Perhaps weighted by capacity in GWkm?
