New Job missing submit routine?

As far as I can tell, it looks like the new Job() API does not have the ability to submit a new batch job. Is that right? Where did this functionality move?

the functionality to describe and submit a Job in the new API is in a seperate class called JobSubmitDescription. Checkout the documentation here:
