[Wyscout v3] Deduce kick off set piece type for events #360

Wyscout does not label kick-off events with a "kick-off" tag.

We could deduce what events are kick-offs by assuming:

The first pass event of any period is a kick-off
The first pass event after a goal is a kick-off

Thoughts?

Yes, that makes sense to me! This would also apply to Wyscout v2.
