The bug only affects rendering, makes the screen laggy and blurry overall, even dragging it becomes laggy too.
This is kind of a device and OS specific bug, I've had it happening with the following GPUs:
G41 Express Chipset
G33 Express Chipset
G31 Express Chipset
Intel Mobile GM965
All of them are integrated to the motherboard, unlike newer ones that are inside the processor.
It happens when the horizontal resolution is above 1024 pixels, maybe with the vertical resolution too, I'm not sure.
