1. get the current data file from university side.
2.use this method to change the data format.
3. when the data changed to current required data, we replace our current testing site database with new transfered data.
4. set the testing site, go to configuration menu, and unset of the clean URLs. then move the data base to unifr server mysql database.
5. change the setting file and then move all the files in testing server to unifr sever. the directory should be the first category. it will be done in a minutes
6. everything will be fine after those steps.
