Text not saved if window loses focus while editing (redux)

I have the same problem as #14. This issue was closed, but (at least for me) not fixed. I am unsure if the crash from the comments was fixed, or the actual issue itself.

I lose text if the window loses focus, or if I click elsewhere in the list after entering text. I had considered the latter to be an intuitive way to "save" the current text, so that was particularly surprising. To replicate:

1. Create a new item
2. Type text
3. Alt-tab to look at something else, or click elsewhere in the list
4. Come back to QTodoTxt2

And all the text of this item is now missing.
