Qortal UI Settings / Account Security - Password problem

I discovered the possibility of using such an arbitrary password. I enter completely random words there, none of them are passwords that I use!

In my opinion, it should be possible to download it from there ONLY with the password that was created when creating a new account at the beginning? (Or have I misunderstood something)

Im use UI v.4.5.5
