When i do a core start with bash start.sh the terminal blocks in some way the screen. Meaning that all my other open windows are not available any more. I have to close the terminal, in some case i even can not close it because that it is also blocked.

why are you using bash? Why not just make start.sh executable, and run it in the intended fashion...

chmod +x start.sh

./start.sh
