TAB Feedback 03.02.2022

This issue documents a request by TAB to make meeting minutes more actionable and reflective of advice that they have given us, and be able to show that we correctly heard and acted upon TABs advice.

Below is a short summary of issues that were mentioned by TAB members. Where possible we have linked these to QDR's 2022 roadmap. If a TAB member would like to add an additional issue, or refine our summary here please reply to this issue.

• Managing Encryption: How will QDR handle key management if encryption is used for deposit (in a zero-knowledge proof type of way) ? One consideration is how we handle key escrow (e.g. through Vaults) Encrypt at rest @ QDR #3

• Disaster Recovery: As we plan for testing 'restore from backup' we might approach this, first, in a lightweight way that restores Stage from Production. Restore from backup (DevOps) #7 Restore from backup (2nd TT member) #8 Restore from backup (QDR staff) #9

• Disaster Recovery: Make sure infrastructure as code (Terraform) is backed up beyond github, and potentially deposited in a private DV Restore from backup (DevOps) #7

• Tracking interaction with ATI: How will we understand the impact of tool development and promotion of ATI initiatives -this might include specific reporting with MDC metrics for ATI collections, log-analysis from AnnoRep, etc.
