[polars](https://pola.rs/) is a modern library for data analysis ("dataframes for the new era") We need to add a lecture to cover this topic and introduce this package - [ ] copy the current `pandas` lecture and rewrite the lecture using `polars` - [ ] reorganise the lecture series to include a section on "Working with Data"
