LICENSE

QuarkyQuarks License
Version 1.0, August 2023

Definitions:

1. "The License" shall mean the QuarkyQuarks License
   (Version 1.0, August 2023);

2. "Organization owners" shall mean the owners of the
   QuarkyQuarks organization;

3. "Authorized person" shall mean the person who can use
   this license along with the organization owners (unless
   otherwise stated). The list of authorized persons and
   their rights is attached to the project, named
   AUTHORIZED and placed in the same directory as The
   License (if such a list exists);

4. "Licensee" shall mean both the organization owners and
   authorized persons;

5. "Work" shall mean the code, binary files, and other
   components of the project;

6. "Relicense" shall mean changing the license of an
   existing work that has already been licensed under some
   license;

Terms & Conditions:

1. The License can only be used by the licensees;

2. The License can be freely changed by the organization
   owners;

3. The License allows the organization owners to relicense
   any parts of this project (if there is no explicit
   notice about the used license for file/module/directory,
   etc.). This means that the organization owners can use
   any parts of this project in their own projects under
   any license they choose;

4. The License grants the organization owners unlimited
   rights. This includes redistribution, modification,
   commercial and private use;

5. The License grants authorized persons only the specific
   rights described in the corresponding place of the list
   of authorized persons;

6. Those who do not have the rights to use this license
   (i.e., everyone except licensees) must use the GPLv3
   license;

7. The organization owners can use either The License or the
   GPLv3 license at their discretion;
