Brief summary

some descriptions of AMD CPU were added at the commit QubesOS/qubes-doc@88384e0, but they have no reference nor statistics at all.

By contrast, on AMD client (as opposed to server) platforms, microcode updates are typically shipped only as part of system firmware and generally cannot be loaded from the operating system. is wrong, as the amd-ucode-firmware package provides Microcode updates for AMD CPUs.

The paragraph beginning from Historically, has no reference nor statistics.
