Qubes-4.3.202409172200-x86_64.iso New Install: Unrecognized bootloader version: 13

Edit: I attempted on verbose mode and have attached a picture of the result. Error involving GSI and DSM.

(Had issues with apparently a file format unable to upload jpg, jpeg, and pdf so I compressed the jpeg to zip)

This is for the signed weekly build: 4.3.202409172200-x86_64

Brief summary

I attempted to install the signed weekly build and got this error during boot:

Steps to reproduce

Download .iso and attempt to install.

Expected behavior

full install.

Actual behavior

Bootup was able to start

plyouth-start.service, 
systemd-ask-password-plymouth.path, 
cryptsetup.target, 
paths.target, 
sysinit.target, 
basic.target;

following that list it showed:

stopped systemd-vconsole-setup.service
stopping systemd-vconsole-setup.service
starting systemd-vconsole-setup.service
stopped systemd-vconsole-setup.service
starting systemd-vconsole-setup.service

and then showed this error:
