User might just want to disable secure paste of global clipboard for some VMs (e.g. untrusted).
The solution you'd like
Provide
gui-secure-paste-sequence=<None|Disable|...>feature option.optional: Salt formulas for untrusted could set this feature.

Easy focus stealing mitigation of malicious software for everyone.
Small patch to GUI Daemon. Should be easy to review.
