How to file a helpful issue

The problem you're addressing (if any)

Why this matters is discussed in details in #6347
User might just want to disable secure paste of global clipboard for some VMs (e.g. untrusted).

The solution you'd like

Provide gui-secure-paste-sequence=<None|Disable|...> feature option.
optional: Salt formulas for untrusted could set this feature.

The value to a user, and who that user might be

Easy focus stealing mitigation of malicious software for everyone.
Small patch to GUI Daemon. Should be easy to review.
