Telegram live reporting

Hey, we talked in telegram about it not posting live updates you have to manually type the commands to see if somethings issues. Discord is working as it should it’s posting when a validator is missing blocks but the telegram group didn’t post the missing blocks. We don’t have any errors from our side of what I can see and I have also set admin privileges for the bot father bot. I’m adding a pair of pictures aswell.
