[Bug]: 编辑已有的thino条目，会丢失块id标记

对于已有的thino条目，在obsidian内部被引用后，系统会自动添加自有的块标记“^字符串”，而该条目被thino二次编辑以后，该标记会丢失，引用也相应失效了。

2.4.55版本，多文件模式，bug复现。
日记模式下二次编辑以后，块id会被换行放置。

After secondary editing in journal mode, the block ID will be placed in a new line.
