The color contrast in developed land areas like landuse=residential, landuse=industrial landuse=retail or landuse=commercial is too low. Especially when you zoom out you can't differentiate towns and villages from rural areas. For comparison, cemeterys (landuse=cemetery) has a very good contrast. I would be glad, if you could developed land make more dark.
