[BUG] Message state not getting updated to EXECUTED #464

Describe the bug

When the Message Job gets executed (FCMSender sends the message at the specified timestamp), a MessageStateEvent: EXECUTED must be added.
Currently, when the Message gets added the ADDED state event is added, but not when it's executed.
Works for v2.0.2 and not for v2.4.0 onwards
