All tools should be aware about RAM mode.

C2RAMLDR should set the correct (720kb-2048kb) size of ROM to upload into the shadow RAM based on RAM configuration
C2MAN, C2BACKUP and other utilities that require shadowing of BIOSes must not work if shadow RAM is not available (2mb mapper mode on)
C2EDIT should no longer use shadowing as it doesn't write any BIOSes
