Defining scope for collections

Necessity to define data collections scope.

By now all simutation data is stored on the same collection on MongoDB. But other sources, like GADM, should be stored separately, to keep data consistency. However, if is there any operations that rely on mutual transformation of data (simulation and other, simultaneously), they must be on the same collection to avoid overhead.
