The next step is to call the compute peak modules function from the package

Inputs

peak_intensity_matrix ->(tabular, csv, tsv, parquet) table, same input as for the correlation computation, so see recetox-xmsannotator: compute_peak_correlations #614
peak_correlation matrix -> output of compute correlations tool (tabular, tsv, csv, parquet)
correlation_threshold -> float
deep_split -> integer
min_cluster_size -> integer
network_type -> select

Output

peak_modules -> tabular
