While updating packages in Bioconda for R 4.3 I ran into an issue because the versions of arrow that are labeled as being compatible are old and no longer built for new R versions. Is it strictly true that only version of arrow <10 are compatible?

The package resolution was significiantly faster with this upper bound if I recall it correctly, there shouldn't be actual compatability issues. Should we update the recipe to remove the upper bound?
