Extend reference entry

• GUI is updated, however, json reading/writing is not yet done
• add serialization and deserialization
• Add label of author, year or doi url as hover text on table
• add capability to update reference with edit button
• rename button to add or update for referneces
• Add button to open reference URL
• fmt and lint
• clean up
