- BF: json configuration writes out "author" (Closes JSON creation bug #13)
- ionization transition unknown - update wording (Closes Draw to IP needs better description #14)
- term symbol entry enhancement (Closes Better descritpion of entry for states #16)
- extend help intro text and add submission help (Closes Better description how to submit #17)
improve help text on how to enter term symbols and automatically strip dollars if somebody enters them for latex type term symbols
