additional info: country of domicile is currently included in AI's advanced company indicators XLS, but it is not currently included in the bespoke master_data_*.csv files

two not-necessarily-mutually-exclusive options:

1. use the advanced company indicators XLS instead of the bespoke CSVs (not actually possible yet, until the credit risk consolidation method is included in 2023Q3)
2. ask AI to include the country of domicile in the bespoke master_data_*.csv files
