Harvest media embedded in Tweets

For Twitter harvests, SFM gets the JSON content using the Twarc harvester. However, linked content such as images or gifs are not harvested. This is an open issue at SFM (gwu-libraries/sfm-ui#976).

We would like to get such media and should also map information about it to our Knowledge Graph. This could be properly integrated into SFM's functionality (e.g. by adding a checkbox to collections 'include media') or can happen in a post-processing step (e.g. by using an existing Twarc utility script https://github.com/DocNow/twarc/blob/main/utils/media2warc.py).
