I try to reinstall all the Ubuntu system and amdgpu driver and ROCm. It still does NOT work. and |

@Looong01 I'm not seeing this issue on the version released with ROCm version 6.1.0, can you update to the latest ROCm and see if you can reproduce? Also can you run it with debug logging? sudo amd-smi set -f 100% -g 0 --loglevel debug |

Hi @Looong01, sorry for the lack of response. Are you still experiencing the same issue on the latest version of ROCm and driver? Something seems to be wrong with the driver. I would try a couple of things:

Hi @Looong01, thanks for reaching out again. After some investigation, it seems that manual fan speed control is not currently supported on Navi 31 unfortunately. There is a related issue here. Since this is a missing feature, I will keep this post open and label it as feature request. We will try our best to post you on the status of the issue (it is still being investigated). Problem Description
When I try to use rocm-smi or amd-smi to set fan speed, I find that only 6700XT successfully but 7900XTX failed.
And rocm-smi command returns this:
It cannot display the marketing name of 7900XTX
