geogit-sync logging/output (geogit-sync modification)

The geogit-sync scripts needs to have better logging as a log can become hard to read if the sync is running very frequently. The geogit-sync scripts needs a verbose option to report when it was execute, who executed it, and how much data was either pushed or pulled.

The geogit-sync script also need more robust output codes or standardized language, so that it can kick off other automated processes, such as an alert if a sync fails because of a conflict.
