RT-smart can not boot into msh（TEST 2）

参考 RT-Thread/rt-thread#9623 (comment) 上的 TEST 2. 请问目前 userapps 主线上做出来的 rootfs 和 prebuild 的 rt-smart 是不是不匹配？

构建命令 history，供参考：

cd userapps
source ./env.sh 
cd apps
xmake f -a riscv64gc
xmake -j$(nproc)
xmake smart-rootfs
xmake smart-image -f ext4

应用了 #60 后好了。

先 close 这个 issue，等 #60 merge 后再测试 TEST2

还是reopen 吧，等 #60 进了 master ,验证没问题了我再 close
