Add the C:\WINDOWS\System32\msdtc.exe to the inbound firewall exception list when executing Set-ISHFirewallMSDTC.

The alternative is to follow the instructions on MSDTC and limit the ports for the MSDTC. Requires a server restart so not preferable.
