We want to have a first simple UI for DAG editing and management (Start Workflow, Stop Workflow, Workflow Status, Edit Workflow (add & edit compute blocks)).

This issue also involves loading cbc.yaml from specified compute blocks, interpreting them, and giving the user the according interactions.
