Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Right now there is no call to action on the website for artists.
Artists don't understand the submission survey by itself.

Describe the solution you'd like

Make a design for a call to action on the site
In the submission form:
Put an example image in the submission form, so people see where the name, the description etc are
Mark the ethereum address is optional or cut it.
Ask for price and number of special NFTs
