Maybe we can improve windows support by creating a github workflow that runs on a windows machine with wsl instead of ubuntu?

I started this here:
https://github.com/RagnarGrootKoerkamp/BAPCtools/tree/wsl

There are two test failing and i am not sure why:

a submission prints bad_alloc but gets TLE and not RE as expected?
~~The new contest command does not work.~~ test should run without questionary
