Modern popular or important repositories are not readily found when perusing the site. For example, this site is well down the current list of all 60+ repositories.

The current popular repository list:

The popular list is not, to my knowledge, curated. I think it's automatically generated based on stars/user interactions

Then maybe it should be curated?

I personally didn't find a way to do that, either on

https://github.com/orgs/Raku/repositories

or

https://github.com/orgs/Raku

(but I may not have enough rights)

Yah, I don't see "pins" here, only the popular list. :(

Hmmm apparently I can pin repos:

So what should be the list?

My vote:

Oh, I can live with that. The only change I would make is to add more pins (which I don't think is possible).
