Pin to specific cluster in the sample placement? #38

When deploying an applications with openshift we get a placement selecting specific cluster. Add similar selector to the sample placemnt.

Advantages:

Closer to real world usage when one cluster is the primary
More predictable deployment, easier to test
Makes upstream testing more like downstream flows, making the tests more useful
This is important example that will help users
