Attempting to play on Galaxite (play.galaxite.net:19132).

I'm kicked with this error pretty often; sometimes it happens upon joining the server, other times after entering its Playground game.

Upload the full ViaProxy / ViaFabricPlus log as well

I noticed you are using ViaFabricPlus for 1.21.1 which is no longer being updated. Migrate to 1.21.4 or use ViaProxy

Still happens with latest ViaProxy (otherwise same setup, including 1.21.1)
