The FTP links in the download scripts for download_pdb_mmcif.sh and download_pdb_seqres.sh are deprecated as of 1 November 2024. See this announcement for more details.

The new url header should change from ftp://ftp.wwpdb.org to https://files.wwpdb.org. This should not affect rsync.rcsb.org.
