xiFDR not executed and fails to run

Hi there,

Thank you for developing and sharing such an amazing software! This is my first time using XiSearch as I previously used XlinkX and it is possible that I did something wrong but in my case the xiFDR didn't execute although the "Do FDR" and "GUI" boxes were checked. The GUI did initiate with all the proper fields preconfigured but pressing the "read" or "Calculate" button didn't trigger any response from the xiFDR GUI. The xiFDR log file was generated but it is blank. I also tried running the FDR in a standalone mode but pressing "calculate" didn't trigger any response from the GUI either. I am using Xi1.8.7 and xiFDR 2.3.5. Below is the last log entries from the xiSearch. Any advice on how to fix this issue would be hugely appreciated!

Actually I solved the issue with the standalone xiFDR. I hadn't pressed "read" prior to pressing "calculate". My apologies.
