global option of tolerance

defining the tolerance in the csv-file seems to be somewhat unnecessary - it is a single value (in most cases) and providing this in the upload dialog somewhere would be no problem.

I can see the usefulness of having it in the CSV-file as an option, e.g. when uploading several searches.together. But these would be corner-cases.
