Example 06-custom-name-experience is not working as shown in the YT video, if the first name is not in the list, rasa just asks for the first name again, no button, no payload ...

Just to be specific, when you say "the first name is not in the list", do you mean to say that first_name isn't filled in as a slot value?

Strange, I may have a look, but one thing to perhaps check: can you confirm if it works on Rasa 2.3? As mentioned on the readme, that's the version that I've used to create this material.

Rasa 2.3 never worked on my Mac, sorry, I can't check that.

I can confirm there's something strange. The config.yml also feels like it is wrong.
