[CC Projects] Outline on text output elements in instructions panel

Description

In the instructions panel, any text output has a black outline.

Steps to repro

1. Visit https://staging-projects.raspberrypi.org/en/projects/editor-hello-world/editor
2. Look for Hello on the first step of the instructions

Expected behaviour

No outline appears on the text
