Opossum Sounds Unbalanced

The oppossum hissing only plays in one side, and it causes such extreme discomfort that when one spawns, I immediately kill it and destroy the burrow, but if I can't find it it makes the entire area unplayable. Maybe that is just a me thing, but the imbalance in sound is very uncomfortable and has lead to me disabling opossums spawning entirely.
