Move weekly schedule button to top of Play page

More of an issue on lower resolution screens/smaller screens, but I think moving weekly schedule to top of the Play page just simplifies and makes it easier to notice. Potentially even adding the weekly schedule to the RVA home page?

I've moved the button to the top of the play page. It should deploy in some hours.
