Allow more studio features in configuration

alternate outputs should be accessible through an endpoint in the web api. @joanise - do you feel comfortable tackling this?

image insertion should probably happen in a rich text editor and is definitely going to be more work. Let's implement ReadAlongs/Studio-Web#4 before trying this

I actually think that maybe a WYSIWYG editor for images might be best. Similar to the anchor dropping from NEU group 1. I'm going to spend some time building an Angular component wrapper for the web component and see how far we get
