BUG: Mouse UP events does not work as expected on HTML5 #190

Hi,

I have 1 buttons on the stage.

Steps to reproduce:

Left mouse down over button1
Move mouse out from button1 (or stage)
Release left mouse button

Expected results:
-Button state shall switch to normal state

Actual results:
-Button shall switch state to normal

Looks like this is openfl bug.
