Potential Bug Involving Ideology Clothing

Describe the bug
Avali equipping spike core dusters turn invisible when wearing the duster. Removing the duster causes avali to reappear

To Reproduce
Have an Avali equip a spikecore ideology Duster

Expected behavior
Duster to be visible like standard dusters would be

Versions:

• 1.3 with Royalty and Ideology enabled
• Most recent mod update at time of post

Additional context
I'm not entirely sure if this is a known issue or not, and it seems fairly simple to report at the surface level. Im not very good with coding and I don't have a lot of time to poke around and figure out what clothing is broken with the mod, but I feel this might be useful anyway
