Rimworld Crashes when playing Illuminate Colony/with Avali

Describe the bug
During play with the Illuminate Colony start, Rimworld will experience crashes and becoming unresponsive, needing to be closed. This can happen sometimes in a few minutes, and others just shy of two hours. I have confirmed it is for either having Avali pawns or using the Illuminate Colony startt by starting a new game with a different start that had no crash issues.

To Reproduce
Issue occurs at random times when playing with Avali/Illuminate start. Was unable to identify a clear cause of crash from experimentation or logs.

Expected behavior
Rimwolrd shouldn't become unresponsive.

I have attempted to remove and resubscribe to Harmony, HAR, and Rimvali in an attempt to fix this, however none have resolved this.

I can't reproduce the bug with an reset, nearly empty modlist, so I suspect it is a compatibility problem. It also crashed with my default set of mods, I am now trying to locate the failing mod.
