"Rules Added in the past 15 days" click thru isn't providing focused details

When on the Overview page of Insights the widget "Rules Added in the past 15 days" provides a list of the rules and the rule names are hyperlinked.

When clicking on a rule such as "Samba plaintext passwords in /etc/fstab" I am forwarded to the rules page, however, this rule is now where to be found in the immediate view

I then need to take additional action to find this rule by typing "Samba plaintext" into the search rules filter.

I would expect when I click on that rule from the overview page that individual rule's information is presented to me within immediate view.
